Reflection is when a wave hits a boundary in a medium and bounces off the surface, without changing speed or wavelength.
2. State the law of reflection
Angle of incidence = Angle of reflection
3. Write a method explaining how you can prove the law of reflection.
Use the apparatus as shown below:
Move the ray box from side to side, to select different values for the angle of incidence. At each angle of incidence, measure the angle of reflection, using a protractor.
Record your results in a table.
In all cases the angle of incidence should equal the angle of reflection.
