Licence Agreement
On purchase of a Subscription, Science Worksheets will grant a licence for the use of the worksheets and mark schemes of this site to be used for the following purposes:

Teaching within a classroom environment within a school or college.

Homework for students

Teaching within a tuition centre, online lessons or one to one tuition by a tutor.

Students using these resources to aid their academic progress within a course
The licence does not allow for the redistribution of these resources by resale, or for upload to a website for bulk distribution. Nor does the licence allow any transfer of copyright. On expiry of the annual subscription to retain use of the resource, you will need to maintain the subscription.
The licence does not allow the transfer or redistribution of any of the notes, or any of the diagrams associated with the notes.
No 3rd parties have given endorsement of any resources, including worksheets or supplemental notes. These notes are provided for supplemental study.
Each subscription is per person, account details such as usernames and passwords must not be shared with other people. In a teaching department, if there are multiple teachers using the resources, then each teacher will need a licence. Subscription costs are kept to a minimum to make education available for all.
Payment is made via PayPal. You do not need to put any card details or enter any bank details into our website. All payments are handled by a third party.

GDPR and information collection is kept to a minimum. The only information retained is your name, email address, ip address, subscription start and finish date. This information is retained during your active subscription and for 2 years after the finish of your subscription. If you wish to have a copy of all information that we store about you as a person, please send a request through the contact us form, we will reply. If after your subscription has finished, you want us to delete any data that we hold about you, then please contact us via the form. In the event of a data breach, the information commissioner’s office will be notified within 72 hours and any users that are affected by this.
